Privacy Policy
Automedia Workflows operates automated media pipelines that publish video to social accounts we own and control. This policy explains exactly what data the software touches, why, and how long it is kept. We have tried to be specific rather than general, because a vague privacy policy is not useful to anyone.
1. Who this policy is about
Our software is operator-facing, not consumer-facing. There are no public user accounts, no sign-up, and no login on this website. The only person whose credentials the software holds is the operator who connected their own social accounts to it. Where this policy says "you", it means that operator.
2. What we access, and why

3. What we deliberately do not collect
- Nothing about viewers. We never request or store data about the people who watch, like or comment on our posts. Platform metrics reach us only as aggregate counts.
- No contact lists, followers or direct messages.
- No content from any account we do not own.
- No website analytics. This site sets no cookies, runs no tracking scripts, and embeds no third-party fonts or pixels.
4. How data is stored and secured
- Platform tokens are held as environment variables on our hosting provider, never committed to source control and never written into published content.
- Post records and metrics live in a private datastore accessible only to the operator. They contain no third-party personal data.
- All communication with platform APIs uses HTTPS.
- Rendered video files are staged on a public URL only for as long as the destination platform needs to fetch them, then deleted. They are the same clips published on our public profiles, so nothing private is exposed.
5. Retention
- Tokens are kept until they expire or the operator revokes them, whichever comes first. Revoking access on the platform invalidates our copy immediately.
- Post records and metrics are kept while they remain useful for performance analysis, and can be deleted by the operator at any time.
- Rendered video files are deleted from our servers as soon as publishing completes.
6. Third parties we send data to
We use a small number of providers, each for one clearly-bounded purpose:
- YouTube, Instagram, TikTok — receive the video and its caption in order to publish it. Their own privacy policies govern what happens after publication.
- A large-language-model provider — receives match context (for example team names and the type of moment) to draft captions and translate subtitles. It receives no credentials and no personal data.
- A sports-data provider — supplies match and highlight metadata to us. We send it no personal data.
- Our hosting provider — runs the software and stores its data.
We do not sell data, share it for advertising, or use it to build profiles of individuals.
7. Legal bases and your rights
Because the software processes the operator's own account data and no third-party personal data, the processing rests on the operator's consent, given through each platform's authorisation flow, and on our legitimate interest in operating our own accounts.
You may at any time withdraw access, request a copy of what we hold about your connected accounts, or request its deletion. Withdrawing access via the platform takes effect immediately and stops all publishing. To make a request directly, email wcclips.official@gmail.com; we aim to respond within 30 days.
8. Children
This software is not directed at children and collects no data from them. The accounts it publishes to are operated by adults.
9. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. The current version always lives at this URL.
