Privacy Policy

Automedia Workflows operates automated media pipelines that publish video to social accounts we own and control. This policy explains exactly what data the software touches, why, and how long it is kept. We have tried to be specific rather than general, because a vague privacy policy is not useful to anyone.

1. Who this policy is about

Our software is operator-facing, not consumer-facing. There are no public user accounts, no sign-up, and no login on this website. The only person whose credentials the software holds is the operator who connected their own social accounts to it. Where this policy says "you", it means that operator.

2. What we access, and why

DataSourceWhy we need it
Access and refresh tokens YouTube, Instagram and TikTok authorisation flows To upload video to the connected account. Without a token no publishing is possible.
Basic account identity (account name / ID) The same authorisation flows To address the upload to the correct account and label our own records.
Aggregate post metrics (views, likes, shares, saves) Each platform's analytics endpoints, for our own posts only To measure how a clip performed and improve future editorial decisions.
Video and match metadata (title, competition, timestamps) A licensed sports-highlights data provider To select footage and generate accurate captions.
Editorial decision logs Generated internally by our own software So any published clip's treatment can be explained and audited later.

3. What we deliberately do not collect

4. How data is stored and secured

5. Retention

6. Third parties we send data to

We use a small number of providers, each for one clearly-bounded purpose:

We do not sell data, share it for advertising, or use it to build profiles of individuals.

7. Legal bases and your rights

Because the software processes the operator's own account data and no third-party personal data, the processing rests on the operator's consent, given through each platform's authorisation flow, and on our legitimate interest in operating our own accounts.

You may at any time withdraw access, request a copy of what we hold about your connected accounts, or request its deletion. Withdrawing access via the platform takes effect immediately and stops all publishing. To make a request directly, email wcclips.official@gmail.com; we aim to respond within 30 days.

8. Children

This software is not directed at children and collects no data from them. The accounts it publishes to are operated by adults.

9. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. The current version always lives at this URL.
