Terms of Service
These terms govern use of the Automedia Workflows software and this website. By connecting a social account to the software, or by using this website, you accept them.
1. What the software does
Automedia Workflows operates an automated media pipeline. It sources sports footage from a licensed data provider, identifies the significant moment within it, renders a vertical short-form video, generates a title, caption and hashtags using a large language model, and publishes the result to social accounts that have been connected to it.
The pipeline runs unattended. Once a clip passes the software's own automated quality threshold it is published on a schedule without a person reviewing it first. Notifications are sent after the fact so the operator can remove anything they are unhappy with. We state this plainly because it is how the system actually works.
2. Who may use it
The software is operated by us for our own accounts. It is not offered as a self-service product, there are no public user accounts, and this website does not accept registrations. Where access is extended to a collaborator, these terms apply to them.
You must be at least 18 years old to operate the software.
3. Connected accounts and authorisation
- You may only connect accounts you own or are explicitly authorised to manage.
- Connection happens through each platform's official authorisation flow. We request the narrowest set of permissions needed to publish video and read our own post metrics.
- You may revoke access at any time from the platform's own settings. Doing so stops publishing immediately.
- You remain bound by the terms of each platform you publish to. Nothing here overrides them, and where they conflict, the platform's terms take precedence.
4. Content and rights
- Source footage is obtained through a licensed sports-highlights data provider. We do not scrape content from platforms that prohibit it.
- Underlying footage remains the property of its rights holders. We claim no ownership of it. Our claim extends only to the editorial treatment we add.
- If you are a rights holder and believe published content infringes your rights, email wcclips.official@gmail.com with the detail and we will review and, where warranted, remove it promptly.
- Captions and titles are machine-generated and may contain errors. They are not statements of fact and should not be relied upon as reporting.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the software or this website to:
- publish content to accounts you do not own or control;
- infringe copyright, trade marks or any other right;
- publish unlawful, deceptive, hateful or harassing material;
- circumvent, overload or otherwise abuse the rate limits or terms of any platform's API;
- misrepresent automated output as human-authored where that would mislead.
6. Availability
The software is provided on an as-is basis with no guarantee of uptime. It depends on third-party APIs that can change, rate-limit or fail without notice, and it may be paused or discontinued at any time. Automated detection is imperfect: a clip may miss the intended moment or be of lower quality than expected.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Automedia Workflows is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including lost revenue, lost audience, account suspension by a platform, or loss of data, arising from use of the software or this website.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the current version, which always lives at this URL. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
